What is the

challenge?

We want you to commit to only DocuSigning everything (except marriage certificates and property purchases) and share your experiences and the reactions you get when you DocuSign documents in a flash.

If you choose to take the DocuSign #SignHere Challenge, we will provide you with dedicated contacts to help you with any questions you have and can provide a training session - although most of our DocuSigners find it's so straight forward training isn't necessary. We have a video demonstration, a comprehensive knowledge base and help forums to help you with DocuSigning.

We ask you to write and share your experience of the challenge, where you usually would; Twitter, your blog, Facebook, YouTube etc., on our blog and via completing a couple of feedback surveys.

Where can you

From anywhere in the world, at anytime on any device. DocuSigning is simple and legally binding. In the EU for example, the EU Directive defines what types of eSignatures are acceptable and actually forbids organizations from discriminating against electronic signatures. The US celebrated the 12th anniversary of the Federal ESIGN Act this year. See the law and electronic signing for more details.

Think about

Have you ever thought through why we trust a signature made in wet ink? How does the recipient, who has perhaps never met you, know that it was you who signed?

Why do we put so much trust in a squiggle of ink on a page?

In the past, you often saw someone sign and could verify ID, then compare later signatures, now even initial signing is most often done remotely and sent via post, scanned or faxed.

Electronic signatures eliminate the problems of traditional “wet ink” signatures in the modern world and increase traceability and trust. In addition by having your signed documents securely stored in the cloud filling and archiving can be simplified or eliminated.
